Yes, you can call all countries.
How does a prepaid phonecard work?
All of our phonecards are easy to use – just follow the steps below to get started. You will also find these steps on the reverse of your card.

Step 1 – Dial the local access number (you’ll find this here then select the phonecard you will be using and click on ‘local access number’ button).
Step 2 – Enter PIN number (you’ll find this on the reverse of your card, voucher or in your email).
Step 3 – Dial the phone number (the phone number you need to dial will be different depending on whether you are making national or international calls. Please take a look at the examples below).

Do these cards expire?
Yes, each product has various expiries please take a look at the product features for each individual card.
Might the rates change during the use of my card?
The service provider of these phonecards reserve the right to change their rates without prior notice. However, buy phonecards will always provide you with the most up to date rates available.
Can I usually get through to the countries I need to?
Generally speaking the answer is yes. No telecom carrier can guarantee 100% connection to countries for every call made, but vast majority of calls get through the first time.
How much extra does it cost to phone a mobile phone in another country?
All rates to mobiles can be found on the rate sheets on each of the products. To check our phonecard rates just select a phonecard from our range and click on ‘phonecard rates’.
Can I use these cards on my mobile phone to call other countries, and if so how much extra does it cost?
Yes, all charges to mobiles will be the rate per the rate table. There may also be charges from your mobile phone carrier. For more information on the full rate you will need to contact your mobile phone service provider.
Can I call more than one country?
Yes, you can phone as many countries as long as there is enough call credit on the phonecard any call can be made.

Some products do allow you to use the World Dial function to call from other countries. Click here to see more information on each of our phonecards. Please check the product features of each product to see if the World Dial function is available.
