2) How to access the new buy phonecards website
Please do not use any favourites/bookmarks that you have saved for the old website. For accessing www.buyphonecards.com.au for the first time, please type this address into your address bar and then save to your favourites.
3) Can I recharge my old PIN on the new website?
No you can’t. This is because the recharge functionality is built on a different platform to the old website. You will need to buy a new PIN at www.buyphonecards.com.au/onlinestore and then continue to use that PIN to recharge on www.buyphonecards.com.au
4) Phonecard access numbers may be different
Please check the phonecard access numbers on the new buy phonecards website as they may be different to the old access numbers.

When you buy a phonecard online, all you need is the phonecard PIN number. This phonecard PIN number is sent to you by email instantly.
Can I start making calls once I receive my phonecard PIN number?
Yes you can!
